We are a location-flexible law practice, operating across Delhi NCR. We meet clients by appointment at mutually convenient locations — including co-working spaces, online consultations, or on-site meetings as needed. We believe that our interactions should be convenient for our clients and not the other way around. 


We appear before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Rajasthan Courts and all District Courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR including Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. For outstation matters, we coordinate based on jurisdictional needs.


Legal timelines depend on several factors like the type of case, court’s workload, the complexity of issues, and interim developments in your case during its pendency. While we can’t predict exact durations, we provide realistic, milestone-based expectations from the outset and update you at every phase.


We offer a 10-minute discovery call / free initial consultation via virtual platforms or phone to understand the gist of your matter. For detailed sessions or preparatory consultations, especially for complex matters, a fee shall apply which is clearly discussed beforehand. We do take up urgent matters including bail applications, protection orders, and emergency injunctions. Please mention the urgency clearly in your initial communication. We respond promptly and act with the urgency the matter demands.


We have a flexible and innovative fee structure, including a per-deliverable basis as well as package deals. All fees are discussed transparently at the outset, and we issue formal fee quotes or memos after the initial consultation.

All court-related expenses, filing fees, travel costs (if applicable), and other procedural charges are clearly communicated in advance. We believe in transparent billing and clear documentation, so there are no financial surprises. 


Under Indian procedure, courts may award litigation costs to the prevailing party. While the amount is at the court’s discretion, well-prepared pleadings and documented expense claims strengthen recoverability.
